I am the owner and primary provider for Wildflower Services & Consulting, LLC. I have been working with families with young children in Cochise County for 10 years, and families in Arizona for 15 years. I have worked as:

  • A home visitor, educating and supporting families during pregnancy and the first five years of their child’s life

  • A postpartum depression warmline program coordinator and operator

  • An early childhood nutrition program educator

I am professionally trained in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, which includes resilience, Adverse Child Experiences, strength-based approaches, and social-emotional development. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, certified in October 2019.

My favorite part of working with families? The light in their eyes when they are empowered with knowledge and skills that make their lives easier, happier, and fulfilling.

We believe that our community thrives on partnerships and collaboration. Occasionally we will partner with other experts to enhance our workshops, adding their valued expertise and wisdom to the education we provide. We recognize that we cannot and will not ever know everything, and we are lucky to have great partners to work with.

My goal is to serve my community by providing compassionate and individualized lactation and parenting education and support and to offer the highest level of care by maintaining my professional competency and staying up to date on relevant information, providing evidence and research based information and interventions, committing to excellency; researching and consulting with other professionals when needed.

I believe that all families are unique, and inherently worthy of quality care, education, and support. I believe in working with the family to meet their specific needs, and never taking a “one size fits all” approach. I believe that all parents want to be the best parents they can be to their babies. I believe that genuine, loving, caring professionals can support a family to meet their goals, overcome challenges, and experience joy around feeding their child.
