& workshops

Our birth to five experts are here to provide individual coaching sessions to your family. We believe that successful and joyful parenting is possible when parents are equipped with the knowledge and support to help their children thrive.

Little Wildflowers is a parent + little (under 2) play group. We meet twice a month at Tompkins Park (2060 S. 7th St.) in Sierra Vista,  with families coming and going between 9:00am-11:00am.

Come when you can and stay as long as you’d like! This group is flexible, non-judgmental, and pressure free. Come as you are, with no expectations!

There will be a play/learning activity, discussion, and opportunities to chat with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and professional birth-to-five parent coach.

Registration fee: $5-$15 (pay what you can).
